Target Rifle Class:

Rifles used are .308 Winchester or .223 Remington (7.62mm and 5.56mm NATO) using aperture sights. Ammunition and components are regulated and no artificial support other than a sling is permitted. The weight of the rifle is restricted to 6.5kg. (25 rounds) *1

F Class Standard:

The firearms and ammunition are the same as Target Rifle class, however telescopic sights are permitted. A front rest or bipod and rear sandbag are permitted for supporting the rifle. (25 rounds)

F Class Open:

Rifles of any calibre up to 8mm are permitted. Telescopic sights are permitted. A front rest or bipod and rear sandbag are permitted for supporting the rifle. (25 rounds) *1

FTR:

The firearms and ammunition are the same as Target Rifle class, however telescopic sights are permitted. A bipod and rear sandbag are permitted for supporting the rifle. The weight of the rifle is restricted to 8.25kg (25 rounds) *1

Optical Class:

The firearms and ammunition are the same as Target Rifle class, however telescopic sights are permitted. No artificial support other than a sling is permitted. (25 rounds)

Sporter / Hunter Class:

Commercially available sporting rifles, up to 8mm. Fired from the prone supported position, utilising a harris style bi-pod and rear squeeze bag. (20 rounds)

Small-Bore / Rimfire:

.22 Long Rifle fired from the prone supported position for F-Class shoots over 30, 60 and 90 metres (32 rounds). For field target, we shoot standing at 30 metres, sitting/kneeling at 60 metres, and prone unsupported at 90 metres (22 rounds) We are also currently developing a Rimfire Precision Service Rifle competition, which sees us shooting 100, 200 & 300 yards.

Shotgun / Clay pigeon:

Shotgun, also known as clay target shooting, is a shooting sport involving shooting a firearm at special flying targets known as clay pigeons, or clay targets.
